Shipping policy

Truly Divine Boutique LLC is here to satisfy and provide great customer service to each and every one of our customers!

Any issues regarding your package should be addressed with the respective carrier.  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays.  After your order have been processed you will receive your tracking number sent to the email you provided at checkout.  Depending on the type of shipment you selected will determine and give you an idea about how long shipping will take for delivery.  Due to COVID-19, we do ask that you bare with us and shipping carriers as delivery may take longer than expected.  If for any reason there is a big delay in shipping we will contact you through email.  We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Damages

Truly Divine Boutique is NOT responsible or liable for any damages with products or items missing during your shipment.  Once you have received your order and it appears to be damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.  Please leave all items they way you received them and save all items before filing the claim.
